About Gail Renulfi


Gail Renulfi (AHWD, C2EX) was the National Association of REALTORS® 2023 Region 3 RVP.

 

Gail is celebrating her 35th year in real estate. She is a broker in both Delaware and Maryland and is also licensed in Pennsylvania.Gail built an impressive 16-year award winning sales associate career. She then became a broker and manager in the Hockessin sales office for the last 20 years. Gail has grown the office to one of the top producing offices in the region.

 

Gail’s coaching and training skills are topnotch. She takes experienced agents to the next level and enjoys mentoring new agents to be the best they can be.


Teamwork is central to Gail’s office culture.  Agents take care of and encourage one another. The office is full of fun but also exhibits professionalism to the fullest. The support staff at the office are the best! Her office is also heavily involved in multiple charities every year, giving back to the communities around them.

 

Gail has been President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® and the Delaware Association of REALTORS®.  She is still involved in both associations. She has also served on numerous NAR, DAR & NCCBOR Committees.

 

Gail has been honored with various awards such as REALTOR® of the Year for New Castle County Board of Realtors, the Realtor Spirit Award, and the Mel Stout Ethics Award. She was also inducted into the NCCBOR Hall of Fame. One of the first inductees into the Delaware Association of Realtors RPAC Hall of Fame. Most recently the Sale Leader Award for BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors.


In her spare time, Gail loves to travel and enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and 2 dogs.
