I think we get top current, top notch, training here with Berkshire Hathaway...whether it's a new Real Estate form in the making, something new coming up with Mortgages, Insurance Issues, or the Legal Department, we seem to get the" heads up" before most other companies...We have weekly training on topics from how to use Docusign, to how to become a top notch negotiator, all for free, and right in the comfort and convenience of our own office. Gail is readily approachable, as well as the Mortgage reps, Insurance reps, and Legal department. With so much training and expert advice under one roof, why would you work anywhere else?
